Clients can book appointments online, via phone, or in person. To secure a booking, a deposit may be required. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- No-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
- Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before receiving any service. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions that occur due to undisclosed conditions.
